The part of closing nobody warns first-time buyers about
Find the post that broke out.
Then write the next one.
Tallgrass scores every post against the median for its own group — so a quiet group's runaway hit stops being buried under a big group's ordinary day. And when people respond, it finds the comments and Messenger chats still waiting on you and drafts the reply.

Three things I stopped doing that doubled my referrals
New rate sheet for August is up on the site
Sample data, drawn the way the real feed draws it — and look at the second row. It pulled more reactions than the one above it and still ranks lower, because its group does that on a normal day. Every most-engagement leaderboard puts those two in the wrong order.
A big number and a breakout number are not the same thing
Sort by raw engagement and the biggest groups win every time — you end up reading a 40,000-member group's average Tuesday. Tallgrass measures how far each post beat the typical post in its own group, then ranks on that multiple. A 1,900-reaction post in a group that does that every week is noise. A 1,600-reaction post in a group that usually sees a hundred is a formula worth stealing.
Same feed, both groups. The one on the left is the post worth reading — and on a raw-engagement leaderboard it never appears.
Capture from any group, page or profile
Whether you're studying a niche group, a competitor's page or a creator who posts every day, Tallgrass collects their posts as you browse and puts them in one ranked feed.
Facebook Groups
The groups you're already a member of. Every post gets scored against that group's own baseline, so each group is judged on its own terms.
Pages and competitors
Follow brand pages and local businesses to see which offers, topics and formats their audience actually responds to.
Profiles and creators
Track people who post constantly and find their few real winners without scrolling months of timeline.
Read, rank, write
Three steps, and the third is the one that pays. Finding the outlier is only half the job — the other half is writing your own version of it.
Turn a winner into your next post
Remix
Take a post that beat its group and get variants that reuse the mechanic that made it work — the same hook shape, your subject, new specifics. It reads the engagement mix too: a post that drew comments did something answerable, and a post that drew shares did something worth forwarding. Those are different levers and they get written differently.
Sage
Ask questions of everything you've captured. Which group is worth your time, what keeps working in it, what you posted last month that is worth doing again. It answers from your own data, not from generic advice about posting at 9am.
Never leave an interested person on read
A post that breaks out brings comments and messages, and the ones that turn into business are the ones somebody answered. Tallgrass finds who is still waiting and writes the reply — you read it, tweak it, and send it.
Unanswered comments
Open one of your posts and every comment you haven't answered is picked out. Press ✨ Suggest reply beside it and a reply in your voice appears in Facebook's own reply box — answering the question, and moving real interest a step forward without forcing a pitch.
Messenger opportunities
It reads your chat list and sorts it: who is waiting on you, which of those look like opportunities — price, availability, booking — and which conversations went quiet after your last message. One press drafts the next message — an answer, or an easy reason to pick the chat back up.
A list that keeps itself
Reply and the chat moves to Replied on its own. No answer in a few days and it moves to Gone quiet. They write back and it's in front of you again. Nothing to tick off, and nothing slips.
It only ever reads what you can already see
Tallgrass is a browser extension. It reads the posts on the pages you visit while you visit them — the groups you joined, the pages you follow. It does not sign into anything on your behalf, and it cannot reach a group you are not a member of. And it never posts, comments or sends a message for you: every reply it drafts waits in the box until you send it yourself. That is the real limit of the tool, and it is also the reason you can run it on your own account without wondering what it is doing when you are not looking.
